I have a Seat Arona still under warranty I booked this in to Seat Cardiff as radio not working properly and ariel not sitting right on roof. When technician looked at this problem he found due to ariel not sitting right water had got in causing corrosion. Reading up on guarantee it is covered for corrosion & rust. I was then informed it has been damaged and so not covered by guarantee. They suggested. maybe a ball has hit it or gone through car wash, this has not happened and if it had I would not expect it to cause this type of damage. I found Seat really unhelpful and not a valued customer at all. Would never use this branch again or recommend a Seat to anyone. Such poor customer service. Really wish I had stayed with VW that I had been with for 15 years and much better customer care. Very unhappy customer.
