First of all the customer service cannot answer any questions and tell you to contact the regional office phone number which sends you back to the original customer service that cannot answer the question. Secondly, they purchase their lobster tails from Luke lobster and only the ones from Canada whereas the other stores in Illinois purchase the Luke lobsters from Maine which are much better tasting. Also, they cannot keep employees at the store because it is such a bad environment to work in. Also, if you cannot get a hold of anyone higher than customer service it shows that they don’t care what is going wrong.
