The LED took longer than expected to arrive and I had to phone the company to find out why; apparently they were out of stock but still managed to take immediate payment. A call to explain the delay would have been good PR. However, the LED did arrive in good condition. Have yet to install it. The only negative comments would be that the wire from the lamp is not very long and there are no installation instructions at all.
