Where do I start. From the moment I placed the order it was a customers nightmare. No confirmation email, therefore no delivery details. I paid extra for next day delivery but they did not arrive. on 11/02 I emailed to ask why and got a message back stating they were a special order from the manufacturer as was stated on the website. That information was I discovered later buried among the delivery section and not with the actual item as it should have been. I then got an email to say they were leaving that day 11/02 which should have meant we should have received them on Friday 12/02. No!. I left it until Saturday pm before calling to be told - they have arrived here today. Excuse after excuse. The person said he would wipe out the extra charge and send them off first thing Monday to get to me by Tuesday 16th. I phoned to order an extra light. The original order was still there. I got yet more excuses one of which was that they had been recalled by the manufacturer as being the wrong light. By then I was so angry I ended the call and tried to source them elsewhere which I did but it cost me an extra £40.00. I called the company back and got through to refunds (Alex the sales Manager) who promised next day delivery. OK give them a chance. They arrived the next lunchtime - wrong lights. A clip on the side meant they would not go into the hole. I got an email saying can the electrician not make the hole bigger - no not when they are advertised to fit that size aperture. I emailed for a refund to be told after all that carry on that I would lose 15% as the manufacturer would charge them. They had told me on the Tuesday that they had 50 in stock!! I will never ever use this company again and would not recommend them
