Usually items purchased on line are delivered very rapidly.In this case delivery was many weeks from order placement.There was no notification on the website that the item was out of stock or special purchase and no advice from the supplier that this was the case until I queried why we had not received it.
The item once received was functional but its plastic manufacture was disappointing and the flimsy backplate was difficult to fix flush to the wall.
