Having placed an order for what I believed was a quantity of 2 LED strips (by entering 2 in the quantity box), I received only one but with the length of two. I emailed with my query explaining I had only received one and the response I got was that because I stated I'd 'cut it myself' the 2 = length of two, not 2 separate items. The website is VERY unclear on this. It was a bit of a struggle to get them to understand this, but luckily I had authorised the Google Shop help for this purchase and was able to open it through there. As requested, I then as a good will gesture got the second length. I would recommend that your website is made MUCH clearer in regards to quantity. But in the end customer service did pull through, so thank you very much.
