Easy to navigate site. Light didn't turn up on time, phoned after a week and was told just come into stock and would be dispatched. waited over a week and still no luck so phoned again and was told I had them, then when I persisted records were checked and couldn't decide what was going on so said they would phone back. Have answer machine so couldn't miss call and no call came. A week later phoned again [third time] and got a guy that seemed very switched on and said he would deal with it immediately and appologised for the non returned call. Less than an hour later got royal mail tracking number and light turned up next day. Would I use again, mmmm, not sure but I do like the light.
