The LEDs have been a great success and the order placing easy & smooth.
However, the order was placed on Friday for use the following Friday. I paid extra carriage for Tuesday delivery. No delivery Tuesday, or Wednesday. On Thursday I phoned, they claimed I was under charged by £3.00 and had tried to phone on Monday. I had spoken to no one on Monday.
It was then sent 24 hour delivery and arrived @ 13.50 on Friday with an electrician standing by.
Not a great experience.
