I ordered 5 lights floodlights,3 black and 2 white. They were to be delivered in approx 4 days. 7 days later no lights. I phoned and was told the delay was due because no black lights were in stock. We agreed that we would change the order to 5 white. These duly arrived and looked good. However when my electrician fitted up 2, neither worked. He didn't try the other 3. At present I have spoken to the company re a refund. They have emailed me a returns form and a freepost address to return the lights. Once returned I will expect a full refund. So far the company has been very professional and I expect my refund in due course. Would I use the company again? Yes for although my purchase did not work out this time the company treated me well, so I would be happy to buy from them again.
