I had previously spent several hundred pounds on many metres of LEDs and a couple of power supplies for a nearly-blind friend who needs bright lighting. When the supplies failed after only a couple of years I went back to purchase replacements but there were no direct replacements in the product line. Eventually I ordered a supply I could most easily use but they sent the wrong one. When I contacted them, all they were prepared to do was wait till the wrong part was returned before they'd send the right part, despite it being their error. All the time my friend has a gloomy kitchen, a dangerous place when you're nearly blind. I was also told that they had to 'get the part in', despite it being advertised as in stock, adding another day to the delay. I had initially paid for rapid delivery, the replacement was sent out standard delivery, adding even more delay. I had previously been a great fan of Wholesale LED Lights but their customer service practices have let them down, especially when correcting their own error.
