I placed two orders for LED strip lights, which required a call to sort out details. I talked to three members of staff in all who were very helpful both with technical details and handling the order. Delivery was quick and there were no errors or faults in the goods sent. As for the lights, the "warm white" has a greenish tinge and I didn't expect that. However, I don't find this colour tone off-putting. I was sent a free RGB lighting kit which was a nice touch, unfortunately it only contained the strip and not the controller. All in all, very satisfied and my lighting project looks great.
