I thought the B22 Colour-Changing LED Bulb with Remote Control was good value for money, especially including the offer. The Bulb was despatched promptly, arrived safely and all the notifications were timely. I also found the website easy to navigate to find this particular product. However, I was unsure about using the Remote Control concerning the Memory function as there were no instructions. I phoned Customer Services for advice and although the person I spoke to was polite and tried to help with my query, he admitted he didn't actually have the answer to my question. My query was how, after having found the lighting pattern of your choice, did you ensure that when the bulb was switched off and then on again later it 'remembered'' the last lighting mode. I eventually found the answer on another website, so I included it as a 'TIP' in my review of the product.
