Ordered a second RGB bulb after being happy with the performance of my first one. Bought because of change in light fitting from ES to Bayonet. On first use second bulb was found to be faulty, possibly caused by rough handling in postal system, but a call to the company resulted in a replacement bulb being sent immediately with no hassle. Delighted with the goods, the customer service and would recommend company and definitely use them again
