Easy to use website which clearly stated that the bulbs were not included with the lamp I was buying. There was a link to buy the bulbs on the page for the lamp, so it was nice and easy to get the complete package. The website also made it clear that postage would be charged as I had not spent over the threshold for free P&P. So I ordered a spare bulb and got free P&P. The item arrived, well packaged and to the timescales expected. Overall this was an excellent buying experience with the website guiding me well to make sure that I got exactly what I was after.
