As far as the products go I am more than happy and would have given 5 stars, however communication is another thing. Five days after placing the order I had no confirmation but payment was taken, I emailed them to find out what the situation was with my order. Three days went by and no response, I was wondering if this company was legitimate and began to panic. I emailed them again and finally got a reply, apparently the 9w ceiling lights I ordered were not in stock but 6w were. I decided to have the 6w lights as a replacement and was really impressed with how bright they are, build quality looks excellent too. The incandescent bulb replacements are top notch and look just like the real thing with filaments glowing. Hopefully my experience with lack of communication is a one off so don't be put off as the Mirrorstone brand is a quality product and worth 5 stars.
