I placed an order end of December and received one of the items I had ordered on 7th January. I called them and they promised to chase up and find what had happened to the other item. I had to call them back on the 9th only to be told that it looks like the item was lost in the post and once this has been confirmed with the shipping company we will send you out another one. They could not tell me when this would be and customer care and follow up did not exist.
