The bulbs i ordered were delivered very promptly, within two days, all of them worked as expected. The only slight issue for me & this is nothing to do with the excellent service provided is the fact that the cool white led bulbs appear to be a cold blue type light, the warm white is much more in line with standard incandescent bulbs & much easier on the eye
