Ordered 3 outside lantern wall lights with PIR detectors.
Received 3 lantern dawn-to-dusk wall lights, yet shipping receipt confirmed that PIR lights were sent.
When pointing out the error made by yourselves (after an electrician had been booked to fit the lights) I was told that I had to make arrangements to package and return the lights to you and take them to a Post Office and send by recorded delivery.
The replacement (and hopefully, correct) lights will not be sent by yourselves until you receive the lights you sent in error.
Who pays for the return postage?
Who pays for the wasted electrician time?
Who pays for the difficulty and nuisance of taking a large package to a Post Office (have you ever tried to find a Post Office now?)?
If you are into having a website and selling on-line, then you should make far better arrangements for returns particularly when it is your mistake.
One star is too much.
Shame on you!
