Customer service doesn’t exist, their website is misleading: sale? Not on what I ordered, apparently doesn’t cover switches although the ‘sale’ is splashed all over that page. The prices advertised are plus VAT. Then they want to whack on a further 15% if you want to return them. The manager was going to ring me back, do you think he did? Of course not! All I can say is, read ALL the terms & conditions of each item as that is all they will quote you, parrot fashion, if you contact them. Items I have reviewed separately but they were expensive for what they were. Wouldn’t use this company again.
