Delivery performance was very poor. After a week I was given a new delivery promise which was not kept. Firstly the light fittings were out of stock and then the bulbs. The bulbs were substituted for a different type and the order eventually arrived after about 2 weeks. I had to do all the chasing. Never was I called to up-date me with progress. The invoice sent with goods was incorrect, showing the originally selected bulbs and not the replacement (as was this request for a review). The tracking system on the website did not work since it always showed "processing" even after the goods had been dispatched. The lights work well. I believe the hole in the ceiling should be slightly larger than the specified 65mm since several time when pushing the fitting through the hole the spring clip became detached from the fitting. I was promised a 15% Christmas discount but to date this has not been paid to my credit card account.
