The order was placed online so didn't personally interact with any staff. The website was straightforward to navigate, however there is some information I would like to have been able to access, i.e. was there adequate connectivity for two cables (wiring downlights in series) and that the electrical connections were tool less.
Delivery was very quick and there were no issues with what was delivered. In terms of improvement, just consider the technical information supplied on the website.
