Unfortunately one of the tubes was broken at the contact end and there were no LED starters which are supposed to be provided with the tubes. So I can't use the 4 good tubes and I'm still waiting for the company to send the starters and replacement tube. I was asked to send in photos of the damaged tube which I did but still no replacement after a couple of weeks. Your sales man Sales4 said he would be dealing with it but I'm still waiting despite sending a further email. I can't use your product so I've just wasted £108.
