I would give them a 5 star review solely based on the fact that they offer their pallet breakdown service. It’s amazing. On top of that incredible service (which is also so affordable!) The merchandise was mostly pristine. I had a small handful of items that were slightly damaged and seemed to be thrown in as they were not case packed as my lot had indicated they would be. I believe there were 3 of these items (out of the 407 items I received). Overall, I’m completely satisfied and WILL be ordering again.
