Bought a wooden chest from Wido, first time using this company, the chest arrived from the carrier being left at the front door with no card, there was little to no packing in the box this came in hence the back of the chest was broken, after calling Wido and sending photo evidence of this damage, I feel they resolved this complaint proffesionally and satisfactory, I would recommend this company to buy goods from as quick free delivery, however they need to look at the carrier they use as leaving on the doorstep in a busy street is unacceptable, overall happy with Wido products and service
