Trolley is definitely faulty, I can’t use it as a trolley cause the little wheels keep falling out and the whole thing collapses, very annoying, it has collapsed a few times now in front of my clients who even helped me to put the wheels back in but when you put one in the other falls out. The worst purchase ever!
