great website, good coms directly after purchase, goods delivered next day as promised but coms never kept up with order, wido never told us when it was getting delivered and neither did tuffnels the couriers who were meant to give ETA's. Goods bought were very heavy and we are both disabled the courier just dumped the goods at our front door and had to pay others to come and lift sofa up one flight of stairs, there was no mention delivery was to door only, we would have paid more had we known so something to be aware of. Would be buy again, YES but not if its a heavy item or products!
