The actual transaction was simple, quick delivery, and very happy with items.
I cannot say the same of the delivery driver, who was surly and unhelpful and bordering on rude. Firstly, he could not find our house, I stood at the top of the drive and he still drove straight past.
He then parked on the opposite side of the road , which bearing in mind he was delivering a full set if bedroom furniture was ridiculous, especially as we had a huge empty driveway. He then dumped the 5 boxes at the top of the drive, dropping them all on their corners.
He did not wait to find out where we would like them. My partner then went out to him, but he refused to assist, which considering my partner is waiting for a knee replacement, and also has cancer, was extremely stressful as we then had to carry all 5 boxes in ourselves.
I asked if he needed a signature. Without a word he shoved his PDA under my nose, I signed and he snatched it back and stomped off.
I suggest you either train your delivery drivers in customer service, or change them.
