Disappointing shopping experience. Purchased direct, only to find the exact product sold by Wido on eBay cheaper. To their credit they agreed to refund the difference although not yet confirmed whether they have honoured this..
Didn't respond to email or contact form sent almost immediately after making the purchase and realising the cheaper price. Spoke to them on the phone first thing the following day (during their operating hours). Order identified through delivery postcode. However, the product arrived, though not yet unpacked therefore cannot comment on quality, the next day at the billing address. Another call, to be told nothing on the system despite the operator finding the order via the delivery postcode the day before and to return would be at a cost of £15. Had no option but to drag the item into a car and drive it the location.
Having since read reviews on trustpilot it would appear their poor service is a recurrent flaw. Had I reviewed them before purchasing I would have definitely shopped elsewhere; suggest anyone reading this review do the same.
Will not be using Wido in future.
