Whilst the product I purchased proved to be faulty resulting in me getting a refund, the service provided by Wido has been excellent. I received a reply within 24 hours to my initial contact and there were various e mails between us over the next few days. I received a replacement item which proved faulty and this is due to a manufacturing problem - nothing to do with Wido. Although I didn't end up with an item I would definitely use Wido again as their Customer Service Team are a great reflection of the company values.
