Hi I ordered a beehive for my son-in-laws birthday And I was waiting to See him open it Because of lock down it was by face time He opened it
And his description was You have bought me a box of kindling wood
So I asked for wido to send me instruction to return the item
I sent an email
Which told me they would reply in three days but if I sent a further email as I was in a queue
This would immediately send me to the back of the queue
I am still waiting for an answer which has not arrived I can only think they have a very large queue for complaints
