Extremely disappointed with Wiber and their complaints procedures. We have used them 3 times, the first two they were brilliant and we couldn’t fault them, the last time in Feb was one of the worst experiences we have ever had. We were treated so badly by a very angry, aggressive young man, we believe the attack was racially provoked and even the Supervisor in the office was shocked. We did nothing wrong just a small miss understanding over a receipt for fuel however my Partner was treated in such a way I walked away crying, we have since made a big complaint to Wiber and have been met with such a disappointing and dismissive manner, letting the Young man off with the excuse of whats going on in his home country! So the fact he has a stressful situation means he is excused for being racist.
We will be taking our complaint further as no-one should ever be treated the way we were treated in the Wiber offices, I am shocked the young man is still working to be honest. In my personal company if any of my staff treated anyone the way we were they would be suspended on the spot, racism of any sort is disgusting and there are NO excuses at all, whatever is going on in someones life, people in a Customer service role should know this…
Such a shame a company who was doing so well in our eyes can’t apologise and rectify the situation, because of this we will be taking our business elsewhere.
