Is it possible to give a zero star?
Rented a car from them and had my flight change. Attended the office in person to ask for an extension of drop off time by 4 hours the next day after the rental, the operative took my car keys, checked my return time and they confirmed. I have to pay nothing with €0.00 showing on the screen.
Arrived UK received a receipt that i have been charged extra €51 for dropping the car off late, and 10 days after my trip my €800 deposit is still not in my account
