Booking Wiber Mallorca 81673703: When returning the car, an employee immediately discovered 3 damages to the doors due to possible burglary. Only due to a video recording I could prove that a damage visible from the outside already existed before the rent and thus the employee could not charge me for this damage. The other two damages, which look identical and also look the same age from weathering, were charged to me at a fictitious and overpriced price. It was done in a very amateurish manner and the focus of the employee was to settle the charges. The fact that I had a time constraint to catch the flight with my 4 month old daughter was thus shamelessly exploited and coerced into accepting the charges. The employee may be earning a commission for such trumped up damages and may charge again for these known damages every time I rent.
