A very pleasurable experience, very straightforward and easy to get onboard the ferry. Wight Link seem to be very well organised. Due to unforeseen circumstances we had to delay our departure until the next day which happened to be cheaper. A refund of the amount was very quickly forthcoming. We arrived at the ferry terminal early and instead of having to wait for the next ferry as per our ticket they put us straight onto the waiting earlier one. Definitely five stars.
