Finding that somehow 2 identical payments for the same days ferry bookings had been taken out of my bank account I sent a message to the Contact Us Team at Wightlink
Today I had 2 responses from the team, who agreed there had been 2 payments for the same dates, ferries and their routes. As a result they'd instigated an immediate refund of the amount, and looked forward to seeing me use their service to and from the IOW.
This quick response shows that the Wightlink is a company that values its customers, and goes the extra mile in its customer care policy. We'll done, plus a big THANK YOU, from a elderly War Pensioner who makes the long drive down to the island, from his home in the Highlands of Scotland to visit his niece, sometimes like this year twice, whilst also bringing down more items from his large collection of military items and reference books etc.
