Brilliant service, how they manage to get this out of time I’ll never know, but they do. Staff always helpful and friendly - and precise in their instructions which is great when trying to load and unload. We tend to sail from Lymington taking us straight into Yarmouth. From there we’re literally minutes from our destination. The service is sleek, the exit out of the harbour and into the main road and away is easy and ok it’s busy but it’s well managed. Everyone seems to know how the process works and they manage the loading and unloading well. The ferry is clean and safety conscious. You will find the guys wiping down went seats if there’s been a shower. The toilets again are clean, the lounges comfortable and warm on a cold day. All in all I’m happy with the service and will be using them again.
