We have now been travelling on Wightlink for several years and have never encountered any real problems. Once we were delayed for a short spell with a mechanical breakdown, the staff were very friendly offering us drinks with a discount on the next crossing. The grandchildren get excited when travelling on the ferry enjoying the view and exploring the ship.Staff have always been polite and attentive.
