Booking is easy online but, as you already know, your prices are absolutely ridiculously high. I travel often to see my elderly mum on the island but we are separated more than we should be by your prices. Your strap line of bringing families together should be "keeping families apart" because I would travel much more often if you reduced your fare to a more affordable level. Most crossings I have done over the summer have been half empty. I remember 10 or 15 years ago the ferries would be rammed full with the decks heaving with visitors. You are turning people away from holidaying on the island with your prices.
