Ferry was clean and the one crew member we spoke to to ask where the pet area was, was friendly and helpful.
Compared to the seating in the main passenger area, the seating in the pet area appeared a bit "tired", but still comfortable. There was a "cleaning station" available in case of pet accidents.
The only negative comment is that the refreshment kiosk in the pet area was closed, so any "solo" passengers had to either take thier dog down to the main passenger salon, or leave thier dog unattended if they wanted any refreshments.
