We had a very enjoyable trip out on St Claire and had a coffee which was very pleasant. Unfortunately only gave **** as on the return trip on Victoria found the seats very grubby and dog hairs all over the carpet and cushions. Found this a bit irritating as a pets area is well signposted at the other end of the ferry. We actually saw a passenger with a dog in the area where we were sitting and the dog was climbing all over the surrounding seating area and no member of staff took any action to stop this. Very impressed with the embarkation and disembarkation really good idea having gantry's for both decks makes things a lot speedier than the old days of emptying bottom deck before upper deck could get off.
