Meeting with my provider was very informative. This session needed to be longer to discuss everything in further detail. My provider did take extra time to make sure everything was covered. I do not feel the health coach meetings are helping me however, the first meeting my health coach said that she “talked more than me and it should be the opposite.” I do not know what the point of a health coach is then if they are not going to provide helpful information to further your health goals. I’m not sure why I am paying such a high monthly price for one doctor visit and nothing else.
