Both Antje and Frank are the loveliest people, and it's very clear they put effort into building positive relationships with their customers. I was interested in the Swift Industries Paloma Handlebar Bag, and I was a bit unsure because it's not cheap. But they took the time to explain their experiences with and knowledge of the product, and they even gave me a few pointers on how to install it. In the end, I took it home and couldn't be happier. My partner also bought some small gifts from their really cool and interesting product range. 10/10 would shop here again!
