I like the look and color of their kids shoes. Unfortunately even using the correct printable Wildling size chart the shoes still ended up being much big on my child. I had contacted customer service several times to go about size exchange as warranted on their website for first time purchase, but no one has responded. Maybe go with a different Barefoot shoe brand with dependable customer service in case the shoe does not work out, at least you will receive help. In the meantime I’ll file a claim with my bank and hopefully get back the money to use towards another Barefoot brand option.
