I bought a pair two years ago, and had an issue with sizing. They were incredibly helpful and helped me get them swapped. I then started to notice some minor issues, they apologized and let me know that that was a normal thing to expect and type me how to fix said issues. I fixed the issues, and still have my first pair in great shape still!
I was hooked by the looks, the fell and comfort but most importantly because of their customer service.
I've bought 5 pairs since my first and I've loved every pair.
