This store's refusal to listen to their customers is disappointing. I purchased a toy that was faulty from day one - I know this because I have the same model from a few years ago that's in perfect working order (just a different colour), but the new one dies quickly after a full charge. I explained the issue via email, sent it back, and they tested it only to claim that it's in perfect working order. Why would I go through the hassle of returning it if there wasn’t a real issue? This has been incredibly frustrating and I’m unsure what to make of this situation. Please shop around as I've never encountered an issue like this before, and the only resolution they offered was to send the item back to me. I would hate for someone to experience this.
