I learnt with Will as part of a corporate well being programme. I was a bit apprehensive but Will and Jess made me feel very at ease. The technique is easy and relaxing so you can practise it anywhere. Their knowledge of meditation is extremely impressive and they answered any questions we had. I've since recommended them to the rest of my colleagues!
