Absolute cowboys. Rubble dumped in garden contained sections of demolished brick walls and asbestos. Replaced with ground up version condemned by pollution control officer.
Wiring stretched across loft hatch, dodgy insulation in attic leading it to sweating, which is not good for wooden beams. Plumbing is a joke and insufficient support in the wooden frame to support cupboards. Always turning up new problems, going to have to take the bathroom floor up to correct one of them.
