I placed my order and almost immediately received an email assuring me my order was being worked on and would be shipped promptly. I was asked to make contact if there were any shipping issues so that they could be taken care of in a timely manner. I received my hat quickly and it fit perfectly and was everything I wanted and more. I will definitely be using Willow Lane again for all my hat needs.
