In my original order I was sent 5 wrong items. When it was raised I was asked to return those items but told my items I had purchased had since sold out. Then I recently entered a $20 voucher in to the system to use but at checkout it didn't register and I was charged the full amount. I immediately contacted customer service and was offered to cancel my order so I could reorder and apply the voucher- to which I said yes to but the order was sent and I was charged the full amount - no cancellation. I have followed up 3 times since with no email response. Pretty disappointing service especially when the clothes are so cute!
