We ordered a small window cling. We loved the design of a group of palm trees on an oval backing. After a week of no information on its shipping status, we sent an email to Window Film World. We received a reply that day, stating that there were personnel changes, and they would soon let us know the status of our order. We did not hear anything further, but received the decal about 5 days later. We are very pleased with the decal, it is just right for our window!
